Very special house! We had a blast sorting everyone into the rooms and all the surprises around the house. Great stay!

Our kids were losing their minds discovering all the cool things inside this home, what a neat experience they’ll always remember! Check in was easy and the host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. One thing we were surprised by is that the jacuzzi doesn’t actually get hot, it’s the same temperature as the pool. But we still had fun in the pool area and with the giant chess board.
We loved watching a movie in the theater room every night and using the popcorn machine! Overall, so worth it to surprise the kids and for the memories.

Such a magical stay – you have to see it to believe it! I stayed with a group of 15 and everyone was so impressed with the space and their rooms. We used all of the spaces – pool, movie theater, dining area… wish we could have stayed longer!
If your main goal is to go to Universal, consider traffic and transportation because it takes about an hour in traffic. We knew this in advance and planned for it.

Amazing experience! The grandkids loved all the sounds in the different rooms. We were disappointed that there were no house elves to help in the kitchen. Perhaps the previous visitors gifted them some clothing?

The house was better than expected and check-in was as a breeze. I was a little worried about the gate but it was no problem at all. The house was very clean and so spacious.

The house is amazing, has a wonderful decor for with special effects and fantastic lighting the train the dragon etc. We all pass it super especially the kids definitely worth this house

The house is even more fun than the pictures represent. There is a scavenger hunt type game to play (although the finale was broken when were there, it was still fun finding all the objects). Each room has a special effect. It is really cool and there’s not much need to do anything else while you are there besides head to the community pool with a lazy river and splash pad. Overall it was an incredible experience. Some minor issues with things not working which isn’t ideal given the cost but they were very responsive when issues arose. Given the turnover of guests I would imagine these things happen. Definitely recommend and would return to this property. Thank you
