Who We Are

Wizard’s Way House is a privately owned luxury vacation rental estate located at 1520 Oasis Club Blvd, ChampionsGate, FL 33896. Guest communications are sent from our toll-free number 1 (855) 799-3795, which supports both voice and SMS.

What Messages You Will Receive

If you opt in, you may receive SMS text messages related to your stay, including but not limited to:

Check-in instructions and door access codes
Wi-Fi network name and password
Guest services and concierge assistance
Property information and house rules
Checkout reminders and procedures
Responses to questions or requests you send us

We will never send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. All messages are strictly related to your reservation and stay.

Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 3 to 8 text messages per stay. Message frequency depends on the length of your reservation and any questions or requests you send us. You may also receive replies to messages you initiate.

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Wizard’s Way House through one of the following methods:

During booking: By providing your mobile phone number during the reservation process and checking the SMS consent checkbox.
Wi-Fi captive portal: When connecting to the property Wi-Fi network, you may opt in through the captive portal by checking the SMS consent checkbox.
Texting us first: By sending a text message to our toll-free number 1 (855) 799-3795, you consent to receive reply messages.

The consent language displayed at opt-in is:

“I agree to receive SMS text messages from Wizard’s Way House at the phone number provided. Messages relate to my reservation and stay, including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi access, guest services, and checkout reminders. Approximately 3-8 messages per stay. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not required as a condition of booking or purchase.”

Opt-in is always:

Voluntary and optional
Unchecked by default (requires affirmative action)
Not required to book, access Wi-Fi, or use any property amenity
Logged with the phone number, timestamp, and opt-in method

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

Replying STOP to any message from (855) 799-3795. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
Replying HELP to receive instructions on how to opt out or contact us for assistance.
Contacting us directly via email at magic@wizardswayhouse.com or by calling 1 (855) 799-3795.

After opting out, you will not receive any additional SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Costs

Wizard’s Way House does not charge any fee for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Data Privacy

Your phone number is used solely for guest communication related to your stay at Wizard’s Way House.
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
Phone numbers and opt-in records are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for guest service and compliance purposes.

Consent Is Not Required for Purchase

Opting in to SMS messages is entirely voluntary. You are not required to consent to receiving text messages as a condition of booking, purchasing, or accessing any service or amenity at Wizard’s Way House.

Supported Carriers

Messages are sent via Twilio and are compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Messages sent via SMS may not be delivered if the recipient’s phone is off, out of range, or set to block text messages.

Disclaimers

The SMS messaging service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, device settings, or network conditions. Amenities and experiences at the property may vary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Wizard’s Way House shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the SMS messaging service, website, or property.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
